I have had a great experience with Bigfoot Home Works. Jeremy and Becky are very responsive and easy to do business with. I sent an inquiry through their website and had an appointment set up right away with Jeremy to review my project. Jeremy came to our home and look at rebuilding our very large deck (pretty much everything but the footings) that was in VERY bad condition, years of neglect and plenty of rot. We got several bids and they weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive, reasonable in my opinion. We went with them because of our experience with Jeremy, I truly trusted he would do an amazing job. He also spent the time on the initial review of the work to walk thru everything that would need to be done. The other companies we had out to bid I felt didn't really detail out the scope of work, so you weren't sure what you would get nickel and dimed for later. Jeremy and Becky again visited our home to make sure that we both fully understood the scope of the project. We signed and they gave us a date and payment schedule was was again, fair and reasonable. Becky was super organized through the beginning and made it very easy to do business with them. Jeremy and his crew just got done with the first phase of our deck rebuild; all they could do in the winter until they can complete the lower level with footings in the Spring. The quality of work is very impressive, and I am a bit of a perfectionist. It was the little details that make them stand out. Jeremy even remembered we were expecting a child in May and offered to build a swinging gate for the stairs. Our deck looks AMAZING and we have already received compliments from our neighbors on the railing and cedar-toned greentreat we picked out. We couldn't be happier and we are definitely considering them for future projects. HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

We had a wonderful experience with Bigfoot Home Works! Our new deck is absolutely gorgeous and just in time for summer! Neighbors have been stopping by left and right to check it out. Becky and Jeremy were awesome to work with. They were both very professional and answered all of our questions and concerns. They stayed within budget and had great communication whenever something came up. They completed the deck in just two days! One thing that really set them apart from others that we spoke to for me personally, was how they treated me being a woman. MULTIPLE other contractors would only look at/speak to/communicate with my husband, despite the fact that I did all the inquiring about the deck quotes and I was the one making the decisions regarding the deck. Becky was always sure to address both me and my husband in any written communication and Jeremy made me feel the most listened to and respected out of all the contractors we met with, which meant a lot to me after my previous experiences. I found the team to be kind, professional and really talented at what they do! I would highly recommend Bigfoot Home Works!

Bigfoot Home Works did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel from the tile in the shower to the custom made cabinets and mirror. They were courteous, professional, enjoyable to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. We were doing a bathroom remodel and had our original contractor ghost us a quarter of the way through it. Four contractors bid for the job and Bigfoot Home Works were the only ones that understood the custom design rolling cabinet that I wanted for an odd utility closet in that bathroom. My cabinets are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The custom rolling one was perfectly made to slide right into the opening of the utility closet that doubles my storage while still giving me access to the water meter and water heater while looking like it’s a permanent built in cabinet. Working with them turned one of the most stressful remodels into an enjoyable experience. We will be repeat customers when we remodel our kitchen.
